-170ml to suit our tea sessions for one to two persons.

This amazing pot features the deft skills of Wu Peng, with the brilliant crafting of the difficult Rock of Lake Tai, 太湖石 "Tai Hu Shi" , as its lid knob! Vapour from the hot tea water within the pot, is able to rise into the slightly domed cavity within the convex lid, and then concentrate and rise, to permeate through this beautiful lid knob, making for a lovely aura during tea steeping.
Lake Tai is the famous Lake besides YiXing's Ding Shu Zhen 丁蜀镇 , The Place of Fully-Handmade ZiSha Art and the only place on earth where you find the top quality ZiSha.
Here is a picture of the famous Tai Hu Shi,

Craftsman Wu Peng 吴鹏, is an expert Craftsman handling BenShan ZhuNi 本山朱泥, and not just that, he curates and handpicks his own BenShan ZhuNi clay from the miners. His own pedigree of high quality BenShan ZhuNi.
Here he joins us at RealZiSha, excitedly alongside Craftsman Zhao Xiao Wei 赵小卫。Importantly, Craftsman Wu Peng 吴鹏 crafts up the BenShan ZhuNi ZiSha works while Craftsman Zhao Xiao Wei 赵小卫 crafts up the XiaoMeiYao and ZhaoZhuang ZhuNi ZiSha works.
ZhuNi is:
1. of a pasty consistency, and,
2. of high shrinkage compared to ZiNi and DuanNi.
Due to these two factors, you will seldom see ZhuNi pots that have embellishments and ornamental sculpting gracing them.
HOWEVER, HERE Craftsman Wu Peng, breaks through, and is AMAZINGLY ABLE TO CRAFT and give us such Austere-minimal Ornate class pots AT SUCH GREAT LOW PRICES.
This is a BOON to ALL of us ZiSha collectors, users and patrons. Such a BOON! ZhuNi, boasting Ornate class quality, experience and craftsmanship, at stupendous lowest prices.
This low price is made possible because of his dexterity, skill, experience and knowledge of his BenShan ZhuNi clay, which he has been specially working on more than 10 years, since year 2012.
Craftsman Wu Peng lovingly and carefully coaxed the BenShan ZhuNi into these Works of Art on our tea tables. Thank you for your grandest support to these honest and dedicated Craftsladies and Craftsmen left to fend the Fully-Handmade ZiSha Art.

TRULY FULLY-HANDMADE AND DELICATELY MADE.
NOT those thick-/irregular-thickness-walled ones which are actually fake "Fully-handmade ZhuNi pots" utilising the cheating new technology: "车一刀 Che Yi Dao": Such ZhuNi pots utilizing Che Yi Dao process, have been sprouting up in the market since early 2022. Che Yi Dao involves a swivelling-rotational cutter that goes around a roughly-finished ZhuNi pot to cut the outer surface into a perfect shape. This cutter obliviates the need of accomplished skill of a true Fully-Handmaking Craftsman. Obviously, Che Yi Dao also absolves the need of a skilled FHM Craftsman to 1)pound the slab into a careful thin-slab, 2)paddle-pat the slab into a uniform shape purely manually.
In the utilisation of Che Yi Dao cutter, the worker will just need to 1) roughly pound the slab into a slightly thicker slab. After that the worker rounds up this slab as part of the main body, and will just 2)need to ROUGHLY paddle-pat it into shape. After which he sets up the Che Yi Dao cutter to revolve and cut the body into a perfect shape.

The first part of this review details my customer service experience with Real ZiSha. Please read on for the review of the teapot.
TL;DR: The best customer service I have experienced from an online shop! Order with confidence!
This is my second time ordering from Real ZiSha to the United States. My first experience ordering from them was a smooth process with nothing of note happening during shipping. Unfortunately, my second order was not so lucky, and was flagged by customs.
I emailed Ian from Real ZiSha detailing my situation, and the support I received from him was absolutely incredible. He always replied to my many emails quickly and thoroughly, with great attention and care towards my situation, and even at times where I did not expect him to! He helped guide me through the steps to take to resolve the situation, and when my package was escalated further, he and Yi-Lei personally saw to it that my package was released, with no additional effort on my part.
Ian had informed me that this situation was extremely abnormal, and this had not happened in nearly two years, so do not worry about this happening to you, as it is extremely unlikely. However, I have the confidence that if anything went wrong, Real ZiSha would personally see it right! Please order from them with confidence, they WILL take care of you!
Thank you again Ian and Yi-Lei for your help! This was absolutely, by far, the best customer service I have ever experienced from an online store!
**ONTO THE TEAPOT**
I absolutely adore this pot. The thing that initially drew me to it was the perfectly round bottom, held up by the baby's feet. The combination of clay and ZiSha model gives the impression of a wrought-iron cauldron, brewing your potion on your tabletop. The lid sculpting is beautifully detailed and precise. Absolutely immaculate craftsmanship by Zhang Huan.
Regarding the functionality of the pot, I selected this size for brewing Hong Cha, as I wanted a slightly larger pot to account for the fewer quality steeps that Hong Cha gives you over something like Sheng Pu Er. I think that this pot works wonderfully for this function. I really appreciate the large lid opening, which makes it very easy to load and clean out tea leaves. The handle is perfectly balanced, comfortable to hold, and quite thin, with plenty of room for your fingers to not get burned by the side wall of the pot.
The pouring speed of this pot is a bit slow, as one would expect from a thin gooseneck spout, and empties in about 20 seconds. This pouring speed works great for Hong Cha, but if you are looking for a pot to flash steep tea, this would not be the best choice.
Regarding the clay, this is clearly an exquisite and special clay to be cherished. The feel in the hand is unlike anything I have experienced, with an incredibly smooth, silken texture. The color from afar is a dark, stormy grey, but up close the multicolored speckle becomes apparent, and in some light the pot can even appear yellow. It is also a very light clay, with this pot being the lightest of the three that I own. (This may be in part due to Craftsman Zhang Huan's deft skill and attention to crafting the walls of the pot so thin!). Any lover of YiXing clay simply must experience this Qing Hui Duan.
Once again, thank you Ian and Yi-Lei for all of your help! I would absolutely recommend Real ZiSha. The price you pay here is absolutely worth it for a quality, authentic, unique, handmade item, with top of the line, personalized customer service. The information Ian provides on this website and by email also gives me confidence that I have an authentic and genuine fully handmade ZiSha pot, crafted by hand by craftsman Zhang Huan, and not an imitation or fake.
I would NEVER buy a YiXing clay pot from ANYWHERE else!
The pot feels really nice in the hand. I was extremely happy when I received it and shipping was exceptionally fast! Event though the teapot I purchased was a cheaper one, it still feels great. I am very happy with my purchase and will be buying another in the future.
This pot is beautiful, thank you! The pour is fast and good. It brews a excellent cup of tea, I will be getting another for my black teas.
This is my fourth teapot of Master Li Yan Ru. What great skill does she have in mastering this gorgeous teapot. The lid fits in al directions and against to a T. The pour is strong and never leaks. It’s very very symmetrical. I really love it! I tried it with several oolongs and pu ers. Especially the pu ers taste very silky in this teapot. I can only recommend !
