Wang is proficient at this, and she had put in the effort to also craft in this : Fully-Handmade 手推内球孔 Hand-Pushed-In filter, this requires skill and patience as the Crafter needs to gradually push in the slab without breaking/cracking/crumbling of the slab at the front, to form a concave from the outside.  From the inside, the concaved-in filter takes on the natural form akin to One-Third 1/3 of a ball.
