What an amazing pot. I have wanted a Zhuni teapot made from Zhao Zhuang Shan clay as soon as I learned about Yixing ZiSha pots. Reserved for only the best artisans it is a rare clay, it is also a difficult medium to work with, has the largest shrinkage ratio of all the clays and lowest successful yield after firing. So every ZhaoZhuang ZHUNI is is a survivor, this one also happens to be a beautiful work of art. The lid fits really well and the pour is just perfect. Again, of all the pots, these pots are so tactile, you can feel the fine shrinkage lines on the surface of the pot. I am amazed at the quality and craftsmanship every time I use it.
