The package from Singapore to the UK only took one week to arrive and the packing itself was perfectly secure.
I was absolutely delighted when I unpacked the pot, and I could see at once that it was much better than the photos. The body of the pot is very finely judged: it exudes a feeling of strength and stability, and yet, the proportions are very finely balanced. This is something that photographs, especially close-ups, can easily distort. The clay decoration also needs to be seen with the naked eye because the built-up layers of clay give it a strongly 3-dimensional, as well as a jewel-like quality that a 2-dimentional photo cannot capture.
The pot came with full certification and, thanks to Ian and Jeff of RealZisha.com, I have even spoken to the artist Yuan Hui himself by video link, so authenticity is beyond question. It is both a pleasure and a privilege to own such a work and I will certainly buy from this company again. In fact, I already have.
