Ming Lu is the Austere shape and model which all ZiSha collectors love for its extreme practicality!
Ming Lu 1)exudes the Aura of Chinese Orientalism, 2)has a wide opening for extreme EASE of introducing tea leaves and washing after steeping, 3)has a sharp-ish spout for decisive cutting of flow, and 4)has a slightly raised lid that stores a column of air above the tea water level when the lid is closed, so that during the initial first moment of pour with that few degrees of tilt, tea water flows out decisively and easily right from the start. 5) It also has a raised circular base with the protruding circular foot so that it is easier for you to lower your hand and introduce your index finger into the handle without your middle finger knuckle hitting the tea table. This raised foot also makes the pot seems larger than its volume suggests, giving it a bigger presence on your 禅意十足 Zen tea table.
Crafted at 110ml to cater for our tea friends who want a small 110ml ZhuNi pot for Gung Fu tea steepings. Suitable for one to two persons.

He thanks you for your kindest support of his Art!
Very happy with my purchase. This teapot is beautifully crafted and really enhances the flavour profile of the pu'er I have prepared using it. Thanks!
Another great achievement from the studios of the Realzisha potters. I like how the basic design is transcended by the delicacy of the craftsmanship. A fast pourer, this little pot is flawless and one can truly appreciate the delicacy of the details (the lid's inner rim, the handle, the end of the spout...). The color of clay has a lot of character and depth and is both smooth and textured to the touch. Once again, I am very pleased with this seemingly unassuming but actually spectacular teaware. Congrats to the artist !
It is the first Shui Ping I bought : this classic austere shape always seemed to me a bit plain, but this piece is a fine example of why its appeal can be so strong. The details (the spout, the handle, the lid) are very refined and it gives a slender profile to the pot, enhancing the experience, along with the cristal like chime given by the firing. The pour is great and precise and it is a very handy tea ware to use. The clay works great with my dancongs. Many thanks !
I am very pleased with this pot : its apparent sturdiness is deceiving because when you handle it, it looks and feels light, elegant, refined. The firing is excellent, with the clay producing a high pitched chime, which adds to the pleasure of the experience. Most of all, it brews great tea with young and semi-aged pu-erh. I feel fortunate to have gotten one of the few models made with the cute Tai Hu Shi knob. Many thanks and congratulations to Chen Gui Zhi for her masterful work !
Not only does it look beautiful, it feels beautiful in the hand, and brews some incredible tea. I’m sure this will be the first of many pots I purchase from this store, 100% worth the price.
